FAQ

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.

When you pay in 4, Klarna splits your purchase into 4 equal payments. Klarna collects the first payment when you check out. The remaining 3 payments are collected every 2 weeks. You spread the cost over 6 weeks.

How do I use Klarna?

Just shop Orase.com and check out as usual. At checkout, choose Klarna as your preferred online payment method.

You will be redirected to Klarna’s website where you can register and provide payment details. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your Klarna account. Then complete your order – it’s that easy!

Please note, to be eligible to make a purchase using Klarna, all items in your shopping bag must be worth between $1 and $2,000.

Where can I use Klarna?

Klarna can be used to make purchases online only. You can use Klarna at Orase.com. Klarna is not available for in-store purchases.

You can log into your Klarna account anytime to view your payment schedule or to make a payment before the next due date.

Can I use Klarna if I’m an international customer?

Klarna is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Klarna.

How does the Klarna payment schedule work?

As a Klarna customer, you are required to make your first payment at the time of your purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically, every 2 weeks, from a preselected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log into Klarna to do so. Klarna will then adjust the amount owed accordingly.

Log into your Klarna account any time to view your payment schedule or to make a payment before the next due date.

What if I can’t pay a Klarna installment?

If you fail to meet your scheduled payment date or have insufficient funds to cover your payment, late fees may apply. Click here for more information.

Please note, missed payments and unpaid debts are sent to debt collection. Chat with Klarna’s customer service team if you are experiencing financial difficulties or need extra support to help manage your finances.

Will all my items be delivered if I pay with Klarna online?

Klarna online orders are delivered within our standard shipping timeframes, as would any order from Orase.

Visit our Shipping Information page for more information.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Klarna transaction?

Yes, your bag value must total between $1 and $2,000 to use Klarna.

Can I use another form of payment with Klarna?

Think of Klara as an immediate line of credit – any purchases made using Klarna are paid to Orase by Klarna directly, and in full. These purchases cannot be split between Klarna and a credit card.

What products are not eligible for Klarna?

Klarna may not be used to purchase gift cards or e-gift cards. If your order contains gift cards in addition to Klarna-eligible products, please know that your gift cards must be ordered separately.

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Klarna?

Klarna returns mirror our standard return process. Visit your Order History via orase.com to print a return label, or return your item to a Orase store location. Please note, refunds for Klarna will be refunded from Orase to Klarna. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as Orase has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice. Please refer to our return policy for more details. Have more questions about Klarna returns? Go to https://www.klarna.com/us/customer-service/.
